General Terms and Conditions of “casentro” for the Intermediation of Cleaning and Manual Labor Services<\/p>

1. Scope of Application<\/strong>
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the contractual relationship between the internet platform “casentro” (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”) and users (hereinafter referred to as “the Users”) who use the Platform to search for cleaning and manual labor services. These GTC are applicable under Spanish law.<\/p>

2. Free Intermediation Services<\/strong>
The “casentro” Platform offers intermediation services for searching for cleaning and manual labor services free of charge to requesting Users. No fees or commissions are applied for intermediation.<\/p>

3. User Responsibility<\/strong>
Users are responsible for selecting and hiring cleaning and manual labor services offered through the Platform. The Platform assumes no responsibility for the quality of services provided or for the actions of the workers.<\/p>

4. Disclaimer of Liability<\/strong>
The “casentro” Platform assumes no liability for the acts, omissions, or negligence of workers or service providers registered on the Platform. Any disputes or conflicts between Users and workers must be resolved directly between the parties involved.<\/p>

5. Use of Personal Data<\/strong>
The “casentro” Platform collects and processes personal data of Users in accordance with the current data protection legislation in Spain. The Platform undertakes to use personal data confidentially and solely for intermediation purposes.<\/p>

6. Modifications to the GTC<\/strong>
The “casentro” Platform reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Users will be notified of modifications through the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified GTC.<\/p>

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong>
These GTC are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising in connection with these GTC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction Location].<\/p>

These General Terms and Conditions are applicable as of the date of their publication on the “casentro” Platform and shall apply to all transactions conducted through the Platform. Users must read and accept these GTC before using the Platform.<\/p>
